In the labyrinth of life, self-awareness is the compass that guides us to our true north. To know ourselves is a profound task to take on. So it can help to have someone provide support and guide the emotional process of rediscovering your stories and finding direction again. Sessions are typically one hour and are collaboratively coordinated around the frequency of sessions. Available through telehealth or meet-up at set business locations.
